Looking back on a wonderful sound post-production for our Peruvian-Mexican-Swiss coproduction – the fiction feature Sobre el acantilado. At Zurichs Magnetix studio months of sound work under the direction of Enrica Pérez (Perú) were united: The playful sounddesign by Cuban-Mexican sounddesigner Lena Esquenazi, the touching melodies of the Swiss composer team around Paul Taro Schmidt, Yanick Herzog and Balz Bachmann. And finally all elements were woven together skillfully by Swiss mixing engineer Jacques Kieffer.
Thanks to everyone involved and all the institutions and supporters who made this film possible. We are all looking forward to the final steps of post production and to hopefully soon discover the film through the eyes of its public.
